Wedding Planning Workshops
4:00pm in Creswell
You’re all INVITED! Come meet with other women and discuss wedding planning ideas, budget saving tips, vendor preferences and more all while enjoying each other's company.
Green-Eyed Girl Productions, Wedding & Event Coordinating is hosting theses events in Creswell on the dates listed below at 4:00pm in the afternoon. You are invited to come and exchange information with other brides in the area as well as hear some free money saving tips!
Benefits of attending:
· Have full access to the vendor business card library
· Use the linen inventory to set up your ideal table display
· Receive free planning checklists and worksheets
· Take full advantage of the Inventory Sale going on the same weekend
· Talk with other brides, bridesmaids, mothers or the bride/groom about their experiences, money saving successes, vendor preferences, planning ideas, unique stories and more!
· Leave the social with a new perspective on your wedding and some exciting ideas!
Workshops:
· 3:00pm-Early Bird Specials- Dress up a 60” round table with linens in your wedding colors, Shop the inventory sale, peruse the Vendor Business Card Library, receive a free rental quote, create a inspiration board using the picture catalog and display boards, and more!
· 4:00pm-Social Hour: Exchange ideas with other young women in 4 structured groups.
o Group 1: Ways that you have or plan to save money on your wedding
o Group 2: Unique ideas for your favors, guest book, and interactive ideas to get guests involved, etc
o Group 3: Decorating ideas: Using paper lanterns, tulle, crepe paper, and all things DIY
o Group 4: Ceremony Structure: From prelude music to “I now pronounce you…” unique and traditional
§ Each group will discuss their topic for 15 minutes and then rotate stations. Each station will make an outline of their discussion for the other groups to gain from and all will be able to take home ideas.
· 5:00pm- Invitations Workshop: How to word them, send them and money saving tips
o Led by Kandice-listen to advice on wording based on who is hosting and tips for organizing your guest list, RSVPs when they come in and more to do with invitations and paper products
· 5:30pm-Time Management and Delegation: How to save time planning by delegating certain responsibilities, getting your fiancé involved, assigning jobs for the big day, and learn to make your life easier for the months leading up to the big day.
There is absolutely no charge for attending this social, or obligation to use ANY service provided by GEG. I just want to help brides come together and get the help that they need.
