Round or Banquet Linens and Overlays will come hung on hangers, and square budget linens in a delivery tote or laundry bag BUDGET LINENS ARE NOT STEAMED OR PRESSED: hence the "budget" price.
Chair covers are also hung on hangers
All linens are steamed and some even hand-pressed prior to your event date, then hung back on their hangers. However, due to the nature of fabric they will have some mild creases from being hung. You are welcome to see the exact linens before you rent them, and see how few wrinkles there are in them.
Upon pickup you are requested to inspect every single item in your order so that it meets your satisfaction. Our employees are prepared to spend as much time with you as needed to inspect and count your items prior to loading them in your vehicle. After your inspection you are required to give a signature stating that you inspected and that they meet your expectations. Once we have that signature we are no longer liable for the items or unsatisfactory claims. No items are refundable due to unsatisfactory claims once this signature is given and your inspection is made. The items will not be released into your custody without this signature. Thank you for your understanding on this policy as we have built it into our system to protect you, the renter. We are proud to offer you the quality of rental item we provide and stand by the condition in which it leaves our building.

Payment Structures
To reserve items: A 10% deposit is required to hold your items- This deposit is 10% of the order total and counts towards the final bill
Not refundable after 14 days
Second Payment: The next 40% of your bill (you will have paid 50% the total now) is due 4 weeks prior to your pick up date. We begin prepping your order and ordering items to fill it if they are not in stock at 4 Weeks prior. Since we begin your order, this 40% is not refundable after 4 weeks prior to your event date. You can make as many changes or reductions as desired up until this deadline with no penalty other than the 10% deposit that we have already taken. (unless you cancel the entire order within 14 days of given the deposit)
Final Payment: Your remaining balance is due IN FULL 14 days prior to your event date. We will have your items ordered and put forth the labor to steam/iron/prep them, so there will be no refunds for reductions after this deadline. We have also turned others away who may have wanted your items. If said persons are still interested in renting items you cancel, we will credit your account.
The GREAT thing about GEG: You never lose your money! Even if you cancel your ENTIRE order the day before your event, you can use that money on any other rental order within one year of your cancellation date. We will mail you a gift certificate.

"Hidden Fees"
Every rental order placed has 2 mandatory fees built right in
Security Fee: $50; 100% refundable provided that everything is returned in one piece and in accordance with a list of requirements. No refund will be given if there is even ONE item missing. Please be prepared to count every single little thing when you bring it in for return to ensure you get your refund.
It also covers up to $300 of damages (excludes non-returned items) assessed when your order is returned. This is totaled right in front of you when you return the items.
*Example: If your damages total $49, you will be refunded $1. If your damages total $50-$300 worth of items, you will be refunded NOTHING. If your damages total $301 worth of items, you will be charged $1.
Maintenance Fee: $50; not refundable at all- the first $25 covers the pre-order steaming of your linens and stocking fees, the second $25 covers post order laundering up to $100 in dry-cleaning
*Example: If your linens require $101 worth of cleaning, you will be charged an additional $1.
*You may elect to WAIVE the $25 pre-order prep
Missing Items: If any items, including storage equipment (totes, laundry bags, etc) are not returned after 96 hours the full replacement value will be charged to the renter's credit card. This fee is not connected to the Security deposit in any way. Missing is not the same as damaged!

Picking up, Delivery and Returns
Picking your items up from us: FREE! You can pick up from our location the day before your event between 10:00am-2:00pm
Delivery: We can deliver your items to you on Friday and then come pick them back up on Sunday only. These are the only 2 days we have drivers. We can also only offer this service from March to November. Fees vary based on items, quantities and distance. Delivery does not include set up. Service can be separated into just a Friday or just a Sunday service for half the rate.
Returns: Please return our items to us within 72 hours of you picking them up. Return to our office between 10:00am-2:00pm on your scheduled date. Late returns will lose their Security deposit and be charge additional rental fees in accordance with your Rental Contract.
