Initial Consultation

FREE

This is for the client who wants to talk more with a GEG Consultant about how GEG can assist them with their wedding planning. It is informational about the Wedding Planning services that we offer not about wedding planning itself. We do not answer planning questions at this meeting but we can further explain our Packages, Add-on options, give you a quote for planning and for rental items. This meeting typically lasts 20-45 minutes max. We do have an agenda that we work through when you come in so that we stay on track.

*This is not the same as a Walk-in Consultation!

Walk-in Planning Consultations

$25.00 per hour

"Chatty Cathy" Clause: $0.50 per minute exceeding that first hour. Please pre-schedule extra time or multiple meetings

This is not the same as the Initial Consultation! This is for the client who’s just set a date and doesn’t quite know where to start or where to go from where they are. Come in for an hour and share with us your questions, concerns, vendor needs, planning ideas and get our feedback. We do use a Meeting Agenda to guide us through the 1-hour meeting so that we don't lose track of time, but it is really about getting you the answers you need. If you need to add on another hour, so be it! After your consultation, if you decide to order a package, your initial fee(s) will be transferred into your package cost.

Jump Start Package: For people who just got engaged and what a little guidance before they get started. This package provides a whirlwind of information and resources that will settle your mind and ease the initial stress of your new adventure. It can be purchased as a retail item and no further contact with GEG is even necessary!

Wedding Package 3: The Big Day! This package is meant for those clients who have planned their entire wedding to the last detail, but need help on the Big Day. Instead of having Mom, or other friends running around telling people where to go, have Kandice do that! Package 3 includes 7 hours of Kandice attendance. This package is only available if ordered with at least 7 days advance notice of the wedding date.

Two 1-hour planning consultations (typically scheduled for 20-10, then 4 weeks prior to the wedding)

Wedding Package 4: Big Day Facilitator Coaching! This package is meant for those clients who need help planning their entire wedding to the last detail and already have someone to act as a Big Day Facilitator on the Big Day. With this package Kandice will meet with you and get you prepared for the Big Day, but is not actually attending it. She will coach your elected Facilitaor how to do the job. You will have all of your timelines and meetings ready 2 weeks before the rehearsal.

Package 4 Estimate: $300.00

Time line preparation

Wedding Package Add-ons:

These Add-ons can be added to any Wedding Planning Package in addition to the planning package estimate.

Unlimited Consultations: $75

Our packages come with a set number of hourly consultations that are in person. By adding this extra to any coordinating package you can come in and chat with us for as long as you like throughout the planning process. You won’t have to keep track of your additional meetings past the allotted sum.

Additional Kandice hours: $50 per hour on the Big Day

Kandice stays longer or arrives earlier on your Big Day than the hours per your Coordinating Package

Additional Green-Eyed Girl Assistant: $10 per hour on the Big Day

Hire another person to delegate a responsibility to: moving chairs, moving floral arrangements, greeting guests, arranging centerpieces, etc. Assistant must be there at least 4 hours and will arrive with Kandice on the Big Day.

Event/Wedding Day: $50-$150 per

Emergency Bridal Kit rental: $150- use of our extreme EBK, to create your own would cost well over $300!

Transition fees: Varies- hiring hands to move chairs from ceremony to reception area

Time line Preparation: $75- through a combination of worksheets completed by you, GEG will build you a timeline for you to hand to your Big Day coordinator, bridal party, caterer, DJ and other vendors

Pre-Wedding Planning:

Gift registry assistance: $35- Attend registry appointments (limit 2) and coach through the lists and process

Hotel reservations for wedding party: $15- Call local hotels and block out groups of rooms for guests

Novelty Apparel: Varies- Personalized items for guests or the wedding party (shirts, bags, etc)

Personal Wedding Planner/Organizer- See Jumpstart Package above- Return after your wedding for a Recycle Credit!

Guest Management:

Guest activities: $50- Organizing of a group event. We set it up and you are responsible for fees and transportation

Guest list management: $100- Organizing the numbers of your guests in correlation with your budget. Track RSVPs as they arrive to our PO Box. Inform caterer of final RSVP count 2 weeks prior to the wedding date. Call guests who have not yet RSVPed

Sightseeing & restaurant suggestions: $15- Make connections for transportation and provide lists of tourist sites and restaurants

Welcome Packages: $100+materials- assemble packages for guest rooms with material either ordered or provided by you. Delivery to hotels where guest will stay (limit 2)

Thousand Words Package: $500

Includes:

Invitation selection assistance & research- $25 separate

Invitation wording etiquette assistance- $25 separate

Program writing and production*- $100 separate

Place card writing and production*- $150 separate

Seating chart construction*- $200 separate

Directions signs for drivers- $100 separate

Creative signage for Big Day production (limit 4)- $10 separate each- Return after your wedding for a Recycle Credit!

*creative/production budget for entire package not to exceed 50% of package total

Rental Setup Package Add-on: $250

On Friday, or the night before the wedding, GEG will bring out our rental items (that you have ordered from us) and a 4 person crew for 2 hours MAX, to set up all hard items: Tables, chairs, tents, displays, items that can't be harmed overnight.

Includes:

String line the aisle so it is straight
Level tables on uneven ground
Pop open our tents/canopies
Hang any of our lighting

Linens are not set the night before.
We do not setup anything that does not belong to GEG or decorate

The Party's Over Package Add-on: $500

When the Big Day is over, who is going to put it all away? Green-Eyed Girl!

This package will be implemented the day AFTER your wedding.

Includes:

Sorting of linens for vendor pickup*
Breakdown of tables and chairs-moved and arranged for vendor pickup*
Collection of mementos/artifacts/decorations into cardboard boxes and dropped off at couple's home*
Collection/disposal/recycle of garbage and aluminum cans
Rinsing and crating of rented dishware and glassware for vendor pickup*
Manage vendor pickup schedules

*Vendor scheduled pickups must be scheduled prior to 2:00pm the following morning.

*GEG is not responsible for returning rental items to designated rental companies other than our own

*GEG cannot breakdown tents/dance floors but will oversee breakdown by delivery company

*Mementos/artifacts may be dropped off somewhere other than couples home if address provided (will not leave items unless someone is home to receive them!)

Requirements: GEG must be informed of vendor contracts/pickup agreements & specifications in order to perform these services.

Wedding Party Package A: $150 per party coordination

Includes: Two, 1 hour consultations for creative design and planning

Decide on a theme and rental pieces to coordinate, timeline prep

May pickup decorations and favors 2 days before event
